As our Payments Data Analyst, you will be the go-to person for all things Payments Business Intelligence. You will be the bridge connecting Everfield's Payments organisation with the broader Business Intelligence function. You will translate complex payments data into clear, actionable insights that drive real business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with Payment Service Providers, Business Units, and senior Payments stakeholders including the Payments Leads, Head of Operations, Head of Commercial, and CTO. Alongside two Data Engineers, you will build sustainable data pipelines and own the end-to-end journey from raw payments data to meaningful business intelligence. You will become a key member of Everfield's Business Intelligence team, a team that creates value for stakeholders across the business, including the CEO, CFO, COO, Payments leadership, and Everfield's portfolio companies. The team delivers this through actionable insights, automated reporting, in-depth analysis, and continuous improvement of data quality. The stack includes Azure Synapse for data ingestion, Databricks for transformation, Power BI for visualisation, and SQL for analytics. This is a role with real room to grow. As Everfield scales from 40 to approximately 80 portfolio companies over the next four years, the scope and impact of the BI team, and this role within it, will scale with it.
