Accountabilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end tracking setups across platforms including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and related tools.
- Implement and validate event tracking across websites, CMS platforms, ecommerce systems, and CRM tools to ensure accurate data capture.
- Ensure consistency and reliability of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, attribution models, and cross-platform event mapping.
- Integrate analytics and tracking systems with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, or GoHighLevel.
- Work directly within client codebases when tag management solutions are insufficient, including React and TypeScript environments.
- Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies, attribution issues, and data flow inconsistencies across systems.
- Conduct thorough QA testing for all implementations and ensure tracking integrity before deployment.
- Document tracking setups, assumptions, and technical logic, and communicate findings clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with account managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Recommend improvements to tracking architecture and data reliability to enhance reporting accuracy and marketing performance.
