Your Team:
The DevOps team is responsible for designing and automating CI/CD pipelines, managing the company’s cloud infrastructure, and operating large-scale Kubernetes environments.
We focus on building highly automated, observable, and scalable systems, leveraging modern DevOps practices and AI-assisted tooling to improve speed, reliability, and developer experience.
The team owns infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and centralized logging and monitoring, while actively exploring AI-driven approaches to optimize workflows, incident response, and system operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for applications deployed in the public cloud.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management to ensure reliable and scalable cloud environments.
- Build, deploy, and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes, including defining and tuning auto-scaling strategies.
- Design and maintain data streaming platforms using Apache Kafka for real-time data ingestion and processing.
- Own and improve centralized configuration management across infrastructure and applications.
- Enhance observability by evolving logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to enable proactive issue detection and resolution.
AI & Automation in DevOps:
We actively integrate AI into our daily workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and developer experience. As part of the team, you will:
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate development of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes manifests, and infrastructure code
- Contribute to internal PoCs exploring AI integration with infrastructure, observability, and operational workflows
- Help centralize and enhance interactions with logging and monitoring systems using AI-driven approaches
- Use AI to improve documentation, incident reports, and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce operational overhead through AI-assisted solutions

Who You Are:
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.
- CI/CD Knowledge: Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, including Git, Jenkins, and Microsoft Teams.
- Apache Kafka Expertise: Proven experience with Apache Kafka, including cluster management, topic configuration, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and a strong understanding of data streaming concepts.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud.
- OS & Networking: Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Scripting Skills: Skilled in scripting with Python and Bash.
- Management Processes: Knowledge of Change Management and Release Management best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach.
