Your Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Intelligence Manager to lead our BI function during a critical and exciting phase of our data evolution.
You’ll play a key role in our migration to a modern cloud lakehouse architecture on BigQuery, helping shape how data is delivered, consumed, and used across the organization.
This role is based in Sofia, and we welcome candidates who are open to relocating (relocation support provided).
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead and mentor a team of BI professionals to deliver scalable, accurate, and timely data solutions.
- Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure efficient data integration across diverse sources.
- Drive the design and development of reports, dashboards, and self-service tools that empower business stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to align data capabilities with company goals.
- Play a central role in our transition to a BigQuery-based lakehouse, helping modernize how we store, process, and serve data.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and reliability across all BI outputs.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing BI strategies in a cloud-based data environment.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud data warehouse architectures, especially BigQuery or similar platforms.
- Strong command of SQL and data modelling best practices, Python would be considered an advantage.
- Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Skilled at building and scaling data teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex data concepts into business insights.
- Passionate about leveraging data to drive decisions and improve business outcomes.
