IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading project implementation from kickoff to release, ensuring predictability and transparency of delivery
• Creating and maintaining delivery plans, closing dependencies, and coordinating work of cross-functional teams
• Scope and change management (CR)
• Risk and escalation management
• Leading the project team, supporting high team efficiency, streamlining workflow and responsibilities
• Direct project management on the client side (English-speaking clients)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Delivery / Project Management in a software environment and implementing web/mobile/AI projects
• Very good command of English language in speech and writing (B2/C1)
• Documented experience in delivering projects
• High level of ownership and responsibility
• Interest in digital products and technology
