ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Account Manager at Arrow ECS is responsible for building and maintaining influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and Arrow partners. The role focuses on creating demand for Arrow solutions by proactively combining technical expertise, engineering knowledge, and commercial insight, including Arrow’s supply‑chain capabilities.
The Technical Account Manager also plays a key pre-sales advisory role, working closely with customers and prospects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This includes delivering technical presentations, workshops, and solution briefings, both independently and together with vendors and partners.
The role works closely with Arrow’s vendor ecosystem, supporting customers across data center, virtualization, and related technologies.
This position is based in Houten, Netherlands, with hybrid working available, and requires regular travel within the Netherlands.
