Expected: 5+ years of IT experience in working in an international company and work environment, line manager experience.

  • Experience in managing IT network infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in cloud solutions, ERP, security, networking and compliance from a large or medium-sized manufacturing company.
  • Interest in or experience with IT/Cybersecurity, EDI and automation
  • Certificate in ITIL Foundation
  • Excellent interpersonal/leadership and communications skills with an ability to interpret and present information to a variety of recipients

Responsibilities

  • Act as a line manager for the local IT team
  • Represent the unit towards IT (single point of contact for  IT) and GF IT
  • Act as the local platform owner in Servicenow, i.e., ensure CMDB database integrity for local assets in the central ITIL system
  • Ensure and participate in support & management of local IT infrastructure/operations on daily basis, according to locally agreed service times & SLAs
  • Ensure that local IT team has organized itself to manage incidents, changes & requests assigned to it in Servicenow and / or in other agreed support channels
  • Coordinate team’s tasks ensuring delivery, performance and security of local IT infrastructure/operations, aligned with global or group level policies.
  • Collaborate closely with local Operations in the area of IT-OT
  • Develop, own and align local IT roadmap with global/central IT roadmaps to ensure coherent overall planning of local activities.
  • Adhere to global guidelines and ensure close collaboration with global IT function as well as with Group IT, being an active player in both cases
  • Ensure computer life cycle management and general IT asset management, incl. printers, mobile phones, tablets, video conferencing equipment, handheld scanners etc.
  • Ensure IT security & compliance according to global / group expectations & policies
  • Ensure IT related local communication towards the local organization when needed
  • Plan, manage and control IT budget (opex & capex) for the local unit
  • Manage, motivate and develop own staff in a way that provides them with the competencies needed to provide IT services and support according to internal and external service agreements
  • Ensure procurement, maintenance & lifecycle management of IT equipment the local business unit aligned with IT & GF IT
  • Ensure that internal customer relationships with relevant stakeholders are working properly
  • Manage local IT contracts, e,g, internet and telephone subscriptions etc.
  • Lead local IT initiatives or participate in larger projects/initiatives as the local IT representative (of IT or other functions)
  • Ensure local documentation for all domains defined in IT I&O Target operating model
  • Cooperate & coordinate actions with local external IT (vendors & service providers) (if such exists)
  • Ensure and participate in periodical service management practises with local external IT (if such exists)
