Technical Product Manager QVAC

This role sits at the forefront of building next-generation Local AI applications that combine on-device intelligence, privacy-first design, and decentralized infrastructure. You will define and drive the product vision for AI-powered applications that operate seamlessly across devices and integrate with a broader peer-to-peer ecosystem. Working closely with engineering, design, and research teams, you will translate complex technical capabilities into scalable, user-centric product experiences. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you will own roadmaps, shape feature direction, and influence the evolution of edge AI products. You will operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where experimentation, ownership, and measurable outcomes are key. The role is ideal for a product leader passionate about AI, privacy-preserving systems, and the future of decentralized technology.
Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy for Local AI applications, ensuring alignment with broader business and technological objectives.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap development, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance AI-powered applications.
- Translate complex AI and edge computing capabilities into intuitive, user-centric product experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and product specifications to communicate vision and align stakeholders.
- Engage with users, developers, and internal teams to identify opportunities and refine product direction.
- Define and track KPIs related to performance, engagement, privacy, and product success.
- Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and expansion teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across technical, product, and executive teams.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years working on AI-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts such as on-device inference, edge computing, model optimization, and privacy-preserving systems.
- Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps for complex technical products.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in highly technical environments.
- Strong capability in feature design, prioritization, and translating user needs into product solutions.
- Ability to create interactive mockups or prototypes using modern product/design tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies and product analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Bonus: experience with local AI frameworks (TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, ONNX), blockchain or P2P systems, UX/UI best practices, or data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
