We’re looking for a Mobile App Product Lead.
As Product Lead for Mobile, you’ll own a core strategic initiative: the creation, launch, and long-term evolution of iwoca’s mobile application. You’ll define how mobile fits into iwoca’s product landscape, starting with Credit Cards, and ensure it becomes a reliable, extensible channel for customers over time.

The team
Today, iwoca’s customer experience is primarily web-based. This role establishes mobile as a first-class product surface, with its own strategy, architecture, and delivery model, integrated with iwoca’s existing platforms and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and marketing as mobile becomes part of how iwoca serves customers day to day.
The role
As Mobile App Product Lead, you’ll own the direction and delivery of iwoca’s mobile app. You’ll set the product vision, decide priorities, and build the team needed to deliver it. You’ll operate with clear ownership and accountability, using data and defined outcomes to guide decisions, with visibility across the company and direct impact on customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The work involves navigating real uncertainty and trade-offs as the product and team take shape.
You will be the primary decision-maker for the mobile channel, accountable for its direction, trade-offs, and outcomes, exercising technical judgement in native mobile and backend contexts in close collaboration with engineering;
