Embark on a transformative career journey as Business Intelligence (BI)/ User Interface (UI) Engineer (InfoLab at Barclays, within the Global Treasury Coverage (GTC) team, where you will design, develop, and support enterprise grade business intelligence and Data Analytics solutions using Tableau and Power BI, enabling data driven decision making across IB.
The role requires strong expertise in data modelling, visualization, performance optimization, and governed analytics, operating within a regulated financial services environment. Working closely with data engineering, product owners, business stakeholders, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality dashboards and reports aligned with enterprise BI standards.

This role is based in London, with a hybrid working model of working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
To be successful as a BI/UI Engineer (InfoLab), you should have: * Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop, Server/Cloud) and Power BI (Desktop, Service). * Solid understanding of data modelling and BI architecture concepts. * Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation. * Experience with Power BI DAX and Tableau calculations. * Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (cloud or on prem). * 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering roles. * Experience delivering BI solutions in large, complex organizations (financial services preferred). * Proven ability to work in regulated, governed data environments.
