We are looking for an experienced line manager who will be focused on supporting growth of our delivery organization with people management, recruitment, delivery tracking, and developing relationships with clients. We are looking for strong people person and strong client engagement skills, with mature ability to transform business goals into actionable plan and execute independently while proactively managing risks and obstacles. There are no direct technical/delivery projects involved with this role.

You will drive delivery, quality, and productivity in global delivery teams for the global Swiss bank, actively supporting new business growth.

  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
  • Recruitment process initiation and driving. Hiring pipeline tracking and regular reporting. Focus on Client satisfaction while managing Client expectations.
  • Liaise with project teams up to 50 people, and internal/external stakeholders, with the possibility of further growth
  • Leadership with the overall responsibility for the teams motivation, assisting in resource planning, procedures, coaching and team/project performance
  • Providing daily operational support to the team, covering staff queries, feedback, and assistance, and implementing actions to achieve business/personal goals
  • Ensuring sharing of best practices/business domain knowledge/exploiting synergies between teams, whole team Risk Management (staff, project), attrition control
  • Working closely with Luxoft Customer Success Manager to achieve project's business goals
  • Monitoring and measuring the mood of team members and ensuring effective support

MUST
  • Previous experience working as a Project/Service Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role related to staff and client management (5+ years)
  • People Management and recruitment experience, proven record of sustaining a team size of 40+ FTE in an outsourcing / offshore setup in a global corporate environment
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with team members, customer representatives, and senior management
  • Pro-activeness, responsiveness, communicative, willingness to learn and grow professionally. Strong soft skills
  • Delivering innovative solutions for team moral and ability to speak to large audiences to explain solutions formulated
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Hands-on Vendor / Client management experience
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in working in finance, banking, or telecom is highly desirable
  • AI literacy, prompt engineering, habit of using corporate AI tools (i.e., Copilots) while maintaining Ethical AI guardrails
  • ITIL certificate
