The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Manager, TMS to support the evolution of project44’s Transportation Management System capabilities. In this role, you’ll help drive execution for the products and workflows that power how customers plan, assign, execute, and manage freight within project44’s platform. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work across complex stakeholder groups, and brings strong product judgment, customer empathy, and operational focus to the table.

What You’ll Do

Product Execution
  • Support the roadmap and execution for project44’s TMS capabilities
  • Help define workflows that improve transportation planning, assigning, execution, and management
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, usable product capabilities ##### Customer Onboarding & Delivery
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to support onboarding and implementation of TMS capabilities
  • Gather customer feedback during onboarding and rollout to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Help ensure TMS workflows are configured and delivered in a way that supports successful adoption ##### Customer-Focused Innovation
  • Participate in customer discovery sessions to identify operational pain points and validate new opportunities
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and improvements
  • Apply structured feedback loops to ensure the product solves meaningful customer problems ##### Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver end-to-end TMS experiences
  • Communicate customer needs and product priorities clearly across teams and stakeholders
  • Support alignment across internal teams involved in launching and scaling TMS capabilities ##### Execution & Delivery
  • Balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Help prioritize work based on customer needs, business impact, and delivery readiness
  • Support KPIs for adoption, reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology · Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and supply chain workflows
  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver product capabilities in enterprise or SaaS environments
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into product improvements
  • Technical fluency — understanding APIs, data flows, and system interoperability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required ##### Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Experience with TMS platforms or transportation execution workflows
