About the Process Innovation Lab

We invite you to join our dynamic team of individuals who strive to help our clients reinvent their processes using a combination of big data, state-of-the-art digital tools, in-depth functional expertise, and artificial intelligence. THE WORK:

As a successful candidate, you will take ownership of client engagements, leading teams to reinvent how the world's biggest companies operate using AI-driven process transformation. You will steer the strategic direction of projects - challenging assumptions, shaping narratives, and bringing well-founded points of view to senior client stakeholders. You will own client relationships, proactively driving value realization and ensuring our work translates into tangible business outcomes. You will mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and ownership. You will also support business development efforts, contributing to proposals, shaping offerings, and helping grow our practice. This is a role for someone who doesn't wait for direction - you challenge the status quo and drive change.

We deliver our work mostly remotely. However, as part of the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, we are sometimes required to travel and work closely with our Clients in their offices. Therefore, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process transformation, operational excellence, or digital/AI-driven business change
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project delivery end-to-end
• ​Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills - you're comfortable in the room with C-suite and senior leadership
• Ability to formulate and defend well-founded points of view on how processes should be redesigned in the age of AI
• Effective storytelling, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral, in English
• Proactive ownership mindset - you drive outcomes, not just tasks
• Solid understanding of the technology landscape relevant to process reinvention, including frameworks (e.g. LLM-powered copilots, autonomous agents, agentic architectures), GenAI & Agentic AI (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier), Process Intelligence (e.g. Celonis, Signavio), Hyperautomation & RPA (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere), ERP architectures (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and how processes run within them, and integration/data pipeline concepts (e.g. APIs, ETL, data lakes)
• Attention to detail and analytical rigor

BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE AND HAVE:

• Experience in professional services or consulting (strong advantage)
• In-depth knowledge of at least one process area (e.g. P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R)
• Hands-on experience with any of the tools listed above
• Experience with business development activities (proposals, orals, client pitches)
• Background in change management or organizational transformation
