To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with; * User Story Creation & Requirements Clarity: Proven ability to create clear, concise, value‑focused user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring customer needs are accurately represented across multiple delivery teams. * Stakeholder Management & Cross‑Team Communication: Strong capability to collaborate with business, technology, and product stakeholders, representing the customer voice and ensuring alignment across programme‑level ceremonies. * Analytical Thinking & Problem‑Solving: Ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and support informed decision‑making across journeys, platforms, and teams in a complex delivery environment.
