Product Manager
Job Description
This role will ensure SRA delivers a best-in-class self-service platform for organizations running Kubernetes on Amazon EKS, enabling developers and platform engineers to adopt, expand, and scale usage directly through the product. The Product Manager will focus heavily on product experience, onboarding, telemetry, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
PLG Product Strategy
- Define and execute the product-led growth model for SRA
- Design product experiences that enable self-service onboarding and adoption
- Identify opportunities to convert free users into paying enterprise customers
Product Experience & Adoption
- Own the user journey from discovery to expansion
- Define onboarding flows, product trials, and usage milestones
- Optimize time-to-value for new SRA users
Data & Product Insights
- Track product adoption metrics including activation, engagement, and retention
- Use telemetry and usage analytics to guide product improvements
- Experiment with features that drive product-driven growth loops
Roadmap & Feature Development
- Prioritize features that accelerate adoption and platform expansion
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to improve usability and onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing to align product capabilities with PLG growth motions
Ecosystem Strategy
- Position SRA as the preferred Kubernetes management platform for EKS-only environments
- Coordinate closely with AWS partnership teams
- Identify integration opportunities within the AWS developer ecosystem

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of product management experience
- Experience building or managing SaaS infrastructure platforms
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture
- Experience using product analytics to drive adoption and growth
- Familiarity with Amazon EKS and AWS developer ecosystems
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing product-led growth strategies
- Background in developer tools or infrastructure platforms
- Experience with product telemetry and experimentation frameworks
