Your Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Intelligence Manager to lead our BI function during a critical and exciting phase of our data evolution.

You’ll play a key role in our migration to a modern cloud lakehouse architecture on BigQuery, helping shape how data is delivered, consumed, and used across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI professionals to deliver scalable, accurate, and timely data solutions.
• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure efficient data integration across diverse sources.
• Drive the design and development of reports, dashboards, and self-service tools that empower business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to align data capabilities with company goals.
• Play a central role in our transition to a BigQuery-based lakehouse, helping modernize how we store, process, and serve data.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and reliability across all BI outputs.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing BI strategies in a cloud-based data environment.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud data warehouse architectures, especially BigQuery or similar platforms.
• Strong command of SQL and data modelling best practices, Python would be considered an advantage.
• Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Skilled at building and scaling data teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Excellent communicator who can translate complex data concepts into business insights.
• Passionate about leveraging data to drive decisions and improve business outcomes.
