What the Role Looks Like:
This is a Senior Leader Role for an Industry leader in Cloud computing services. The successful candidate will be expected to:

Multi-Site/Geo Engineering Oversight:Oversee operations for multi-site/multi geo engineering teams. This will include monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and supporting/coaching staff and overseeing an environment of continuous professional development to ensure high quality performance.

Global Standardization:Drive standardization and global best practices across sites and Geo's globally.

Sales Support:Drive & support the Regional teams to meet and exceed all sales quotas, conversion KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experience

Leadership Development:Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and shares best practices with global delivery teams to efficiently and effectively drive performance and profitability.

Efficiency Testing:Proactively test and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and sales improvements across the wider Client teams, leveraging our Engineers to achieve the highest possible ROI for our our client

Culture of Improvement:Drive a culture of continuous improvement by participating in and being an active driver of the Sales Industry Collaboration Community, encouraging a high performing virtual team where new ideas and solutions are encouraged, evaluated, quantified and implemented

Client Collaboration:Strategically partner with Client Engineer Teams / Leaders to support strategic alignment across Vendor teams aiding Client to deliver their strategic objectives.
- *Technical Solutions Development: *Develop strategies to resolve technical obstacles. Architect client solutions to meet complex business and technical requirements.

Technical Sales Leadership:Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including technical trainings, client presentations, technical bid responses, product and solution briefings, and proof-of concept technical work

Problem Solving: Be an enabler to remove roadblocks and help team to resolve challenges to support sales opportunities. Assess technical challenges to develop and deliver recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution
- *Technical Expertise & Training: *Serve as a technical and subject matter expert to support advanced trainings for team members on moderate to highly complex technical subjects

Team Mentorship:Coach and mentor team members and advise managers on creating business and process efficiencies in internal workflows and training materials
Work Arrangement
- The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 17:30pm
- The role is currently fully remote – however this arrangement will always be subject to continued client agreement (remote position)
