As our next IT Service Desk Engineer, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From maintaining reliable cloud infrastructure to getting new starters set up from minute one, your work helps the whole business crack on.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

  • Designing, deploying and maintaining Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
  • Managing and improving our Azure infrastructure across VMs, networking, identity and monitoring.
  • Keeping our infrastructure secure and reliable through patching, lifecycle management, backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Managing device provisioning and endpoint policies using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Troubleshooting device enrolment, compliance issues and software deployments across Windows endpoints.
  • Administering Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, security settings and integrations.
  • Supporting identity and security controls such as SSO, MFA and access reviews in partnership with the Security team.

  • Hands-on experience in an infrastructure or systems engineering role.
  • Strong experience managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience running Azure workloads across infrastructure, identity and security controls.
  • Experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace at an organisational level.
  • A solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS and firewalls.
  • Clear communication skills. You can explain technical constraints in plain language to non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell for scripting, automation or reporting is helpful.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as AZ-104 or MS-102, are a bonus.
