We are looking for an IT Project Manager who combines strong delivery capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You bring:

• Several years of experience in IT project management

• Experience managing complex system implementations or rollouts in international environments

• Familiarity with commercial or customer-related technologies, such as CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or Veeva CRM)

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and change management

• Ability to coordinate projects involving global and local teams

• A structured approach to project planning, governance, and delivery

Experience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or specialized nutrition industries will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT deployment projects, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support

• Prepare and manage deployment plans, project timelines, and governance structures

• Coordinate the rollout of global digital solutions across local markets in Europe

• Collaborate with global product teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders across multiple countries

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests

• Ensure smooth deployment, cutover, and hypercare phases

• Support business adoption and drive effective change management during implementations

• Coordinate activities with local teams and external partners involved in deployments

• Provide clear project updates, reporting, and status communication to stakeholders
