- 3-5 years of experience in IT
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, Linux, Oracle, or any Database is an advantage.
- Experience on IT support, Devops, SRE, ITID jobs is an advantage.
- Experience on managing GSD/Service Now Incident, Problem Record, and CR is an advantage.
- A technological background is required.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Risk awareness, including identification, mitigation, and control.
Responsibilities
- Provide Production support for PB Microsoft Dynamic Products Globally.
- Provide Incident analysis for systems and workout solution with the development team.
- Manage Incidents and Problem Records (Problem Coordinator role) via SNOW flow.
- Support ongoing technical and process improvements in Support, working with Support colleagues, DevOps, and SRE.
- Response to system alerts and actions on those.
- Provide support on non-office hour depends on needs (like occasionally the weekend, regular release & maintenance).
