About the Role

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the revenue and service engines for our PE-backed clients. You are a specialist who understands that Salesforce is more than just a CRM—it’s a platform for growth.

While your primary focus will be Sales Cloud, you will also drive value through Service Cloud and a third strategic area (ideally CPQ/Revenue Cloud or Experience Cloud). This is a hands-on role where you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement & Optimize: Lead the configuration of Sales Cloud (Lead-to-Opportunity) and Service Cloud (Case Management, Knowledge) to streamline client operations.
  • Expand Capabilities: Drive the adoption of a third specialty area—such as CPQ (for complex pricing), Experience Cloud (for partner/customer portals), or Data Cloud/Analytics—to provide a holistic solution to clients.
  • Data Excellence: Execute critical data cleanup and governance initiatives (Accounts, Subscriptions, Licenses). Implement deduplication logic and MDM practices to maintain >90% data accuracy.
  • Advanced Automation: Build and maintain complex Flows and validation rules to automate manual business processes.
  • Integration Support: Work with the engineering team to resolve sync issues between Salesforce and external systems like NetSuite, aiming for a 90%+ reduction in integration errors.
  • Client Collaboration: Translate business needs from PE operators into technical requirements, documenting solution designs and leading UAT sessions.
  • AI Integration: Leverage Salesforce’s AI capabilities (Einstein) to enhance client productivity and reporting.

Who You Are

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
  • Core Expertise: Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud (Sales Ops, Forecasts) and Service Cloud (Support processes).
  • Growth Mindset: Deep interest or existing experience in a third pillar: CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CRM Analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows and data management tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, etc.).
  • Data-Driven: You understand the impact of clean data on business reporting and are comfortable performing large-scale data migrations/cleanups.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant are required. Service Cloud or CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • Business Fluency: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
