- Solid background in SAP Basis Administration or Technology Operations (S/4HANA/BTP preferred).
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for incident and task management.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP or other cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a strong plus.
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage external service providers.
- Strong hands-on experience in Basis operations + ability to manage external service providers.
- Knowledge of English (fluent)
- Knowledge of German (minimum B2 level)
Responsibilities
As an SAP Technology Operations Engineer, you will take responsibility for the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of our SAP system landscape. Working at the interface between infrastructure, application operations, and cloud technologies, you will actively support the further development of our central ERP system. You will contribute your technical know-how and foresight to both daily operations and strategic projects.
- Operations & monitoring of S/4HANA & BTP environments (hybrid/RISE setup).
- Managing SAP Transport Management (TMS) and authorizations.
- L3 Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning (monitoring/analysis).
- Coordinating System Copies, Upgrades, and Patching with external providers.
- Active participation in Cloud Migrations (BTP / RISE with SAP).
