Responsibilities
- Designing and managing monitoring dashboards in SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.
- Performing deep-dive root-cause analysis of IDoc failures, Batch Job bottlenecks, and API errors.
- Consulting with functional teams (ABAP/BTP) to improve system performance based on monitoring data.
- Leading the technical response to critical system alerts and ensuring proper escalation paths.
- Delivering performance insights and stability reports to IT stakeholders.
