Role and Responsibilities

• Design, estimate, develop, and test new features based on the requirements
• Develop new Angular features based on the provided design and mockups
• Support, fix, and develop new features on ASP.NET Core
• Collaborate with the team in a fast and iterative product or experience design process
• Refactor and support the existing codebase
• Work on the laptop provided by the client
• Stay updated on emerging technologies

Key Soft Skills and Experience

• “Can do” attitude and proactive mindset.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• AI-Augmented Development: Mandatory practical experience using AI tools in daily workflows.
• Expert-level Prompt Engineering: Ability to form effective, complex prompts to generate, refactor, and debug code.
• AI API Integration: Creative use of available commercial AI APIs (such as OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), or Microsoft Copilot) to enhance application functionality.
• Ability to complete advanced tasks at pace by leveraging AI as a force multiplier.
• Fundamental Coding Skills: Ability to work and deliver equally professional results without direct use of AI (strong foundational knowledge required).

Key Technical Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience in .NET Core / .NET 8 development.
• Backend: .NET 8, ASP.NET Core.
• Frontend: Angular.
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server, ORM: Entity Framework.
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• API Expertise: Strong experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• AI Integration (Mandatory):
• Proven experience integrating with LLM (Large Language Model) APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Familiarity with SDKs and libraries for AI services (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or direct HTTP clients for OpenAI/Claude).

Nice To Have Experience

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Headless CMS (preferably Optimizely).
• Experience with Azure AI Services or Cognitive Services.
• Experience working with Vector Databases or implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
