Their flagship product, Ārsta Birojs (AB), is a comprehensive information system designed to manage all aspects of hospital or healthcare facility operations, streamlining workflows, and reducing administrative burdens. This ranges from simple financial management tools for general practitioners to highly specialised systems for the largest state hospitals.
What you will do
- analyse clients’ business processes and identify their needs;
- analyse information system requirements, functionality, and processes;
- define tasks for developers;
- create business process diagrams, system architecture schemes, wireframes, etc.;
- prepare documentation (software requirements specifications, user stories, user manuals, etc.) in Latvian;
- provide support to client consultants, the development team, and responsible parties of related applications regarding application functionality and processes.

What we are looking for
- at least three years of experience in systems analysis;
- experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development and maintenance phases;
- experience in defining requirements for information system integrations;
- knowledge of:
- programming concepts and software architecture principles;
- databases (SQL, data modeling);
- APIs and system integrations;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian;
- professional working proficiency in English;
- ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of assigned deliverables;
- strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
- ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners in writing, by phone, and in face-to-face meetings;
- degree in Information Technology or a related field, or currently pursuing IT studies. CBAP, OCEB, OCUP2, TOGAF certifications will be positively evaluated in the compensation package.
