It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure across Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Okta Administration: Extensive experience managing Okta environments, including SSO, MFA, and automated lifecycle management.
- Google Workspace: Proficient in Google Workspace administration, covering user provisioning, security protocols, and ecosystem integrations.
- Strong expertise in Azure, with exposure to AWS or Google Cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of networking and security (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
- Scripting and automation experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Okta Workflows or Zapier.
- Device management experience with Kandji and Intune for macOS, ChromeOS, and Windows.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
