Quality Assurance Specialist (Nasdaq CSD)
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (Nasdaq CSD) to join our team, reporting to Director - Software Engineering. In this role, you’ll help shape how we build products that move markets, create tools that simplify finance.

What You’ll Do
- Create and perform quality tests to ensure that the software meets standards and requirements.
- Coordinate testing phases and documents issues and resolutions.
- Maintain and improve release engineering procedures.
- Enhance product quality or analyzes processes and recommends improvements.
- Investigate reported incidents and takes corrective measures.
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.

The base pay range for this role is 3200 – 4000 Eur Gross. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, we offer short-term incentives (bonus or commission) and long-term incentives (equity), where applicable, as well as the following benefits:

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of relevant professional experience.
- Problem solver with a positive and “can-do” attitude.
- Passion for delivering Quality exceeding customer expectations.
Nice to Have
- QA or software testing certifications. · Experience in Test automation.
- Java knowledge.
