Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

In this Change Delivery Manager role, you will support the delivery of complex, enterprise‑wide change initiatives within Barclays, aligned to the Organisational Effectiveness journey group, within the HR Function. You will act as a senior change professional, leading end‑to‑end process and technology transformation initiatives that enhance senior leader journeys, covering topics including Organisation Design & Structures, Position Management and Workforce Planning . Working closely with teams across HR, Finance and Technology, you will translate business and colleague feedback into actionable improvements, ensuring change is delivered with a strong focus on achieving outcomes aligned to enhancing colleague experience, effectiveness, efficiency and control.
You will act as the primary delivery lead for a number of critical initiatives, supporting cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across the full change lifecycle from design, through to deployment. You will own requirements gathering, process design and delivery planning, coordinating subject matter experts across HR COEs and technology teams. Operating within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall environment, you will drive effective governance, communication and engagement, ensuring senior stakeholders are aligned and outcomes are successfully embedded into business-as-usual operations.

To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager, you should have:
Project Management expertise.
Experience in executing Business Analysis & Process Design activities - experience in mapping, redesigning, and improving processes end-to-end.
Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-scale change initiatives.
A highly proactive approach to solving problems and a clear track record of applying critical thinking to achieve outcomes.
A high degree of comfort in owning outcomes and taking accountability in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Ability to diagnose and solve business problems using data and feedback.
The ability to develop and execute tailored communication and business readiness plans.
A strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of change.
Experience working on projects related to HR platforms, including Workday HCM, Adaptive Planning and Service Now.
