Financial institutions must produce a wide range of regulatory documents, from risk assessments and financial reports to compliance policies, all requiring deep domain expertise and strict adherence to evolving regulations. Manual processes are often slow, error‑prone, and expensive, while traditional automation tools rely on inflexible templates that struggle to keep pace with change. This project explores an agentic AI framework in which autonomous agents can reason, plan, and adapt to new regulatory demands. The aim is to design a modular pipeline that handles document profiling, content retrieval, draft generation, compliance validation, and integration of expert feedback, resulting in a prototype that enhances accuracy, transparency, and efficiency while ensuring traceable sources and clear explanations for every output.
In this role, you will work on developing and evaluating an agentic AI framework aimed at improving the generation of regulatory documents in the financial and risk domains. Your tasks will cover the full process from system design to prototype testing, ensuring compliance, transparency, and adaptability to evolving regulations.
