Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• development of a low-latency trading system,
• participation in technical work planning and making key architectural decisions,
• monitoring applications, code profiling, and microsecond-level optimization,
• identifying and eliminating system bottlenecks at the code, JVM, and network levels,
• integration with external data providers (cryptocurrency exchanges),
• code review and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team,
• close collaboration with Quant teams (trading data science) to understand, analyze, and implement trading algorithms.

Requirements:

• minimum 7 years of experience in Java programming,
• very good understanding of multithreading concepts,
• communication skills and ability to effectively work in a team,
• knowledge and practical application of Clean Code principles,
• familiarity with Java, Kafka, gRPC, REST, WebSockets
• higher education (in IT-related fields or related),
• fluent in spoken and written Polish
