Sr. UX/UI Designer (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the design and evolution of our products, particularly impacting the Horizon platform. You'll be involved throughout the entire feature lifecycle, from ideation to production, collaborating closely with the Product Manager and development team. Your work will directly contribute to making complex issues in human risk management clear, intuitive, and user-friendly.
Accountabilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences for new features, considering user needs and business objectives.
- Actively participate in requirement gathering with the Product Manager.
- Contribute to feature scoping processes and refine needs.
- Translate complex problems into clear, efficient, and coherent interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Validate solutions through user interviews and testing with existing or potential clients.
- Ensure smooth and structured transmission to the development team using Figma.
- Define, maintain, and evolve the design system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of UX/UI practices within the product team.

Requirements:
- Approximately 7 to 8 years of experience or more in UX/UI design or product conception.
- Significant experience with SaaS products, ideally in a B2B context.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma, including variables, components, and auto layouts.
- Comfortable in an agile product environment.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives and user needs into concrete, structured solutions.
- Experience in defining and evolving a design system, with exposure to complex or regulated products being major assets.
- Autonomy, rigor, and ease in making design decisions.
- Ability to explain and defend choices clearly and constructively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
