Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead over projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, AI technologies, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership across projects, driving initiatives, identifying opportunities, performing high-level analysis, making well-founded decisions, and assuming full responsibility for outcomes.
- Establishing and managing communication channels and relationships, ensuring client needs are effectively translated to the project team.
- Overseeing team dynamics to ensure balance and retention, contributing to the overall growth and success of projects.
- Implementing effective risk and quality management practices.
- Budget Planning: Developing, forecasting, and allocating budget plans in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets, and providing financial reports.
- Experience in pre-sales activities, leading the clients from the first touch.
- Experience with discovery stages, contributing to project scoping and planning.
