Pimcore Developer

• Remotely work with international team,

• At least 6 years experience in development, programming with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL,
• Pimcore development experience,
• PIM implementation experience,
• JavaScript - including frameworks and libraries like jQuery, KnockoutJS, RequireJS,
• Experience from projects involving Product Information Management systems (such as Pimcore, Akaneo, Inriver or similar),
• Experience implementing order fulfillment and/or supply chain APIs or customizing same to automate order fulfillment processes for an eCommerce website (custom interface with 3rd party APIs),
• Integration experience with ERPs or other systems relevant for ecommerce,
• Optimize platform speed/performance and CDN implementation,
• Version control experience (GIT),
• Work alongside internal leadership to determine future strategy and implementation of new tools and eCommerce innovation,
• Interest in being up to date with the latest web trends,
• Good English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Test and Document ecommerce and PIM solutions based on Pimcore,
• Develop, Test and Document ecommerce solutions based on Magento 2,
• Develop customer specific Magento 2 modules,
• Create integrations between Magento 2 and 3rd party systems,
• Deployment code to customer environments,
• Preparation of estimations of development efforts,
• Write efficient, reusable and documented code,
• Maintain already existing projects,
• Operate in the agile and dynamically changing environment,
• Suggest improvements in existing code to make a better experience for our customers,
• Working collaboratively as part of a team.
