- Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office in Wrocław)

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar network role
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Cisco, Fortigate, and Checkpoint
- Proven experience with WAN, LAN, WLAN and data center networks
- Knowledge of load balancing technologies and practices
- Experience with cloud networking (Azure) and on-premises infrastructure
- Documentation skills for network configurations and processes
- Experience with network hardware lifecycle management and capacity planning
- Skills in network automation and process improvement
- Knowledge of network security best practices
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of WAN, LAN, wireless networks, data centers, and load balancing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents quickly to keep business operations up
- Work with both cloud networking (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure
- Document setups, processes, and improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to solve issues and deliver solutions
- Support upgrades, capacity planning, and life-cycle management of network hardware
- Help automate processes to make our services faster and smarter
- Implement and maintain strong security measures (firewalls, VPNs, encryption, etc.)
