About the Opportunity ✍️

Join MoonPay as our Senior HRIS Analyst and play a key role in shaping the future of our HR systems and People Operations. In this role, you’ll drive scalable, high-impact solutions across our Workday ecosystem and related HR platforms, supporting the full employee lifecycle. We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who thrives on identifying process inefficiencies and translating them into effective, scalable Workday configurations. What You’ll Be Working With / On

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Employee Experience, IT, Finance, Compliance, and People Operations to roll out Workday enhancements and drive process improvements. This includes configuring and optimizing core elements of system architecture, such as compensation plans, benchmarking, competencies, and performance programs. You’ll provide hands-on support to the People Operations team and contribute to building scalable, well-documented HR technology solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Workday HCM, providing day-to-day support across business processes, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and system enhancements.
  • Design, implement, test, and deploy Workday configuration updates, new modules, and integrations to support evolving business needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure a high standard of service.
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionality.
  • Perform data uploads and mass changes using tools such as EIBs, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
  • Analyze system gaps and inefficiencies, recommend best practices, and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and operational excellence.

About You

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday, with balanced expertise across modules such as Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations with downstream systems; familiarity with Workday Studio is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Workday best practices and People Operations processes, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
  • Ability to translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear, effective technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement and learning.
