Senior Product Designer

Hello from Inbank! If you’ve ever bought something in three instalments or financed your gadget purchase online or in a shop, there’s a good chance you’ve used something we built. We’re not here to be another bank. At Inbank, we’re a modular finance platform helping businesses grow, and customers pay with ease. We believe banking should feel invisible—an effortless layer that powers every great digital experience. Today, our financing rails are woven into the flow of 6,000+ leading retailers, giving around half a million customers a one-tap way to pay while turbo-charging merchants’ growth. There are already 450+ of us across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Czechia, and we’re continuing to grow as we help thousands of retailers expand their business and reach millions of shoppers.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and shape a seamless, multi-platform banking experience. Your primary focus will be on B2B products, including rental asset management solutions and internal business support systems. You’ll collaborate closely with international, cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into intuitive, scalable design solutions—ensuring consistency, usability, and high design quality across all touchpoints.

What’s it like in Product Design?

We’re a team that’s small enough for you to quickly get to know the people building adjacent systems, but large enough that our products and designs reach thousands of customers. We’re curious and flexible — with access to users and research, and plenty of room to take initiative and improve how we work. Our work is diverse, covering the full range of banking products: from B2C and B2B2C to internal tools and systems. And last but not least, we move fast — you’ll see the impact of your work on the product and customers without waiting years for features to launch.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts across teams to define problems and deliver high-quality solutions — from flow improvements to new features and products.
  • Owning end-to-end design for your products, from early sketches and concepts to iteration based on data and customer feedback.
  • Collaborating with designers across other product areas to create a consistent and seamless customer experience.
  • Contributing to the evolution of our design system — from building Figma components to maintaining clear, useful documentation.

Why you’ll enjoy working here?

At Inbank, we believe great work deserves great rewards. That’s why we offer a competitive salary tailored to your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll enjoy sports compensation or additional health insurance, plus extra vacation days after your third year with us. To recognise long-term impact, we also provide a 6-week paid sabbatical after four years at Inbank.

Beyond the benefits, you’ll step into an inspiring, challenging environment where you can grow professionally, work in a hybrid and autonomous setup, and collaborate with talented teammates internationally. Add in regular team events and a variety of extra perks, and you’ll find that Inbank isn’t just a workplace—it’s a place to thrive.

How does a good match look?

Your Background & Expertise:

  • You’ve shipped complex web and mobile products — ideally in fintech, banking, or telco — and can showcase your work in a portfolio.
  • You have a strong eye for typography and layout, and understand how grids create clarity and consistency.
  • You’re able to connect customer needs with business goals, always keeping the people behind the metrics in mind. You’re comfortable running quick user validation methods such as guerrilla testing, shadowing sessions, and customer interviews.
  • You have experience working with design systems and know how to balance consistency with thoughtful, tailored solutions when needed.

Beyond the technical:

  • Curious and proactive: You love solving problems and digging deep to understand the “why” behind them.
  • Collaborative: You know great design is a team sport — most of the work happens through communication, alignment, and iteration (not just in Figma).
  • Systems thinker, problem-driven: You look beyond a single flow or feature and understand how products connect, evolve, and improve over time.
  • Engineering mindset with a designer’s heart: You care about craft and quality, push for great experiences, and know how to balance them with technical constraints and local requirements.
  • Bringing order to chaos: Requirements shift, and products change — you keep things clear with strong documentation and scalable, well-structured mockups.

If this role excites you, but you don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives and believe that great people grow into great roles.
