You will be working in an interdisciplinary team that develops software the Investment Bank relies on to process millions of trades daily.

You'll be working in a Krakow-based team of 5-6 people that develops a suite of applications that comprise various systems in Group Technology. The systems are the backbone of the bank, supporting the trade lifecycle in our Investment Bank. Members of this team work closely with their Operations team partners to provide global solutions for varied challenging business requirements.

As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

MUST
- Strong experience with UI programming
- Hands-on UI developer 6+ years of development experience
- Hands-on design and development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS (React hooks), Redux, Context API, ES5, ES6, HTML5, CSS3, Styled Components, Jest, Enzyme, React testing library, Design Patterns, GIT, and webpack configuration
- E2E/Functional Testing experience using Cypress/Playwright
- Strong integration background. Experience with REST, JSON, and APIs is required.
- Clean coding and refactoring skills with great problem-solving ability
- Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Hands-on experience with Agile practices, like Continuous Integration and Test Driven Development (you do TDD as if you meant it!)
- The willingness to strive for continuous improvement
- A profound appreciation for testing and experience in writing all levels of tests
- The craving for learning and the disposition to share knowledge and collaborate
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of event-driven architectures
