This role is for a Principal Product Manager within MoonPay’s Consumer Product organisation, reporting directly to the VP of Product. This is a senior individual contributor role with end to end ownership of MoonPay’s consumer app funding experiences, spanning onboarding, payments, balances, and repeat usage. You will define and drive the multi year consumer funding strategy that positions MoonPay as the primary funding destination for Web3. This role is highly strategic and deeply outcome driven, with direct accountability for P and L, growth, revenue, and adoption across consumer funding journeys. You will operate at the intersection of consumer experience, financial infrastructure, and Web3 primitives, shaping how millions of users onboard, fund, and repeatedly engage with MoonPay. Your work will directly influence company wide ramp strategy across consumer, partner, and institutional surfaces.
You will lead MoonPay’s consumer strategy and product execution, focusing on:
End to end ownership of consumer onboarding and funding journeys across the MoonPay app
Defining and scaling a unified consumer funding strategy aligned with partner and institutional ramp products
Growth and monetisation levers that increase transaction frequency, transaction size, and ARPU
Analytics, experimentation, and optimisation frameworks that drive sustained consumer adoption and retention
Close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver simple, trusted, and globally scalable funding experiences
This position requires exceptional strategic vision, strong consumer product judgment, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives as a senior individual contributor. You will balance commercial accountability, regulatory complexity, and high-quality consumer experience, while driving measurable outcomes across growth, revenue, and adoption.
