• Salary: 170-230 PLN net+VAT/h, B2B via Devire

  • Several years of experience in a SaaS company, e.g., as a business owner, RevOps manager, CRM product owner, product manager, or Salesforce consultant.
  • Proven experience in mapping and controlling SaaS processes in Salesforce.
  • Very good knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), ideally with certifications. (Please submit these directly with your application.)
  • Agile mindset and experience with backlog and prioritization processes, coupled with an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills ensure smooth collaboration at an international level.

Responsibilities

  • Managing user adoption, developing training concepts, process documentation, and uniform usage standards.
  • Ensuring that subscription models, MRR/ARR, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and churn are accurately, transparently, and efficiently mapped in Salesforce.
  • End-to-end responsibility for mapping and optimizing the entire customer lifecycle in Salesforce, from acquisition to activation and retention to referral and revenue.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize subscription sales, renewal, expansion, and churn prevention processes.
  • Translating technical requirements from the SaaS business into concrete Salesforce features, processes, and automations.
  • Ensuring high data quality and reliable reporting, forecasting, and decision-making bases for management.
