Role & Division overview:At Nasdaq, our Customer Services team plays a key role in improving the client experience and driving business success. As a Data Integration Specialist, you will own the onboarding of new and existing customers to our Trade Surveillance SaaS platform. This includes managing stakeholders, performing hands-on technical integrations, and ensuring smooth data testing and setup. What You Will Do:- Lead client onboarding from post-sales to launch, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored project plans.
- Guide customers through Nasdaq Data Specifications, data mapping, and quality testing.
- Configure applications based on client needs and handle launch documentation and change requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, analysts, development) to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide regular project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
