We are looking for a Product Manager to own and develop the self-service account experience for game developers. This role focuses on building scalable SaaS solutions that enable developers to easily onboard, configure, and monetize their games using Xsolla products.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Payments, Compliance, Sales, and Support teams to improve activation, reduce friction in self-service flows, and drive mobile revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for self-service accounts
  • Improve onboarding, activation, and account management flows for game developers
  • Define and track key product metrics (activation, conversion, time-to-value)
  • Translate game developer needs into clear product requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable SaaS solutions
  • Continuously optimize user experience based on data and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Manager working on SaaS products for game developers
  • Strong understanding of ecosystems (iOS, Android, mobile monetization, PC)
  • Experience working with game development or game production is a strong plus
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs
  • Good understanding and experience with analytical tools (i.e. Google analytics)
  • Driven mindset for improving current processes and driving the revenue
  • Nice to Have:

    • Background in mobile gaming or game studios
    • Experience with payments, monetization, or developer platforms
    • Experience building self-service or onboarding-focused products
