As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle the help desk's most frequent questions and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be crucial in meeting our departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role requires the candidate to work a day shift aligned with CET, either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
