The Playa helps iGaming platforms boost engagement, revenue, and ROMI by up to 25% by understanding and profiling player behavior, detecting positive and suspicious activities, and delivering tailored recommendations to each player.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage development teams and lead daily collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: planning, demos, retrospectives, and other key meetings.
- Organize, analyze & continuously improve processes for effective collaboration.
- Implement tools and metrics to monitor and optimize team performance.
- Work closely with the product team to manage the backlog, monitor deadlines, and ensure high-quality task completion.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders (and occasionally external ones).
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and clients on project progress and timelines.
- Analyze outcomes and suggest improvements to optimize workflow and delivery.

Requirements:
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) as an administrator (experience with BigPicture is a plus).
- Experience working with different development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage a product backlog and collaborate closely with the product team.
- Successful experience working with technical cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Experience in a product company is a must.
- English B1, B2.
