The Mission
As a Data Analyst in Product & Growth, your mission is to: Help improve acquisition, retention, and new service adoption by delivering clear, reliable product insights.
In your first 6 months, success looks like:
- Reliable dashboards and reporting used by Product and Growth teams
- Clear insights into user funnels, cohorts, and product performance
- Strong collaboration with Product Managers on measuring initiatives and experiments
You will contribute to defining and tracking key Product & Growth metrics.
Where You’ll Sit
- Embedded in the Product & Growth team, working closely with Product Managers, UX, and Marketing
- Partnering with senior analysts and stakeholders to answer key product and growth questions
- This is not a pure reporting role — you’re encouraged to ask questions and suggest insights
What You’ll Work On
- Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain product and growth dashboards (Tableau, Amplitude)
- Analyze acquisition, activation, retention, and adoption funnels
- Produce clear, actionable analyses to support product decisions
- Experimentation & Product Support
- Support A/B tests and experiments by defining metrics and analyzing results
- Help evaluate new features and service launches through data
- Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with Product Managers and Growth teams to understand business context
- Learn analytics best practices from senior analysts
- Improve your ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
The Tech Stack
You’ll work with modern analytics tools and have the opportunity to deepen your skills:
- SQL — primary tool for analysis
- dbt — analytics engineering and transformations
- Tableau — dashboards and reporting
- Amplitude — product and behavioral analytics
- Python and/or R — used for deeper analysis as you grow
