We are looking for a Production Order Administrator to strengthen our Operations Team.

The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure smooth execution of production orders through our manufacturing partner network and to resolve any unexpected issues that arise during the production process (see company business model description for more details).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise production order processing and maintain documentation in internal CRM and ERP systems
  • Select suitable contractors from the manufacturing partners database
  • Support the manufacturing process: control timelines, dispatch, delivery organization, and product quality checks
  • Track payments and communicate with customers
  • Resolve issues and non-standard cases arising during order processing with customers and manufacturers
  • Achieve results despite operational challenges

Requirements

  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level
  • Fluency (C1 level) in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management
  • Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems (sales, production, logistics automation) is a strong advantage
  • Ability to resolve non-standard and complex operational issues
  • Willingness to work paid overtime and availability for urgent matters outside business hours when required
  • Motivation to work in a fast-growing business environment
  • Willingness to structure work processes and participate in process automation initiatives
