As the Junior BPA Developer, your role is to contribute to shaping and evolving BPA initiatives by identifying business process improvement opportunities and supporting the delivery of sustainable automation solutions.
The role places a strong emphasis on business process understanding and domain knowledge, working closely with stakeholders to analyze operational needs and translate them into effective automation solutions. Modern development and AI-assisted tools are leveraged to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with operational objectives and company strategy.
