We are seeking an experienced AEM Cloud Specialist to support our authoring team and ensure seamless content management workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), CRX/DE repository management, and translation connector integration. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
o Assist marketing content authors with AEM Cloud tools, templates, and workflows.
o Troubleshoot authoring issues and provide best practices for content creation and publishing.
o Managing blueprints, live copies, and rollout workflows.
o Managing content and experience fragments, DAM assets

o Manage and configure AEM Cloud environments, including dispatcher caching and replication settings.
o Navigate and manage JCR nodes, permissions, and versioning using CRX/DE.
o Optimize repository structures for performance and scalability.
o Configure and maintain translation connectors for multilingual content workflows.
o Collaborate with localization teams to streamline translation processes and ensure accuracy.
o Work with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments, including SDK upgrades and stability checks.
o Support automated testing (unit and integration) for AEM components and services.
o Partner with development and authoring teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
o Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
o Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service.
o Proficiency in CRX/DE, OSGi, Sling, and AEM component development.
o Knowledge of translation connectors, APIs, and multilingual site structures.
o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
o Strong communication skills to support authoring teams and collaborate across departments.
