Support coordination of monthly payroll and HR admin activities in Sensata Bulgaria, location Botevgrad

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Administration of Botevgrad employees - paid/unpaid leave requests; termination requests; maternity leave; annexes to labor contracts; on-boarding of new hires
  • Support Payroll Specialist for Botevgrad with coordination of monthly payroll (various tasks as assigned)
  • Administer garnishment process
  • Distribute food vouchers and payslips to employees in Botevgrad
  • Prepare and distribute to employees and leavers labor books
  • Prepare orders for overtime for Botevgrad employees and other orders as needed for payroll and compliance with BG labor laws
  • Contact future indirect hires for Botevgrad and collect from them documents, necessary for employment
  • Payroll/HR reporting and forecasts as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree – in HR, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Very good English language knowledge
  • Computer skills – MS Office; especially Excel (+formulas, functions, pivot tables)
  • At least basic knowledge of labor legislation (Labor Code, Social Insurance Code) and ability to read the law and handle cases accordingly
  • Good communication skills
  • Active driver (B) an advantage
