How you'll make an impact
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs.
- Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
- Conduct software testing, including automated tests, performance testing, and manual testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality.
- Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress.
- Collaborate with developers to identify, investigate, and resolve issues found during testing.
- Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing.
- Mentor team members and advocate for quality assurance principles across the organization.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in automated testing using tools like Visual Studio, NUnit, TestNG, and programming languages such as C#.
- Familiarity with Distribution, Energy, Generation Management Systems (DMS/EMS/GMS) and SCADA systems is a plus.
- Good knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools (e.g., Zephyr Scale, Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with .Net and desktop applications
- Experience with performance, security, and compliance testing is an advantage.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
