We’re looking for a Visual Designer to support our clients with campaign-led design across ads, social media, and other marketing channels. This role is about creating strong visual stories that help brands stand out, stay consistent, and perform.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll design visually compelling assets for client campaigns across social media and paid advertising.
  • You’ll create content for social channels, ads, and marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
  • You’ll translate briefs and ideas into clear, engaging visual stories that work in real feeds.
  • You’ll adapt and maintain different brand styles while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders, working quickly and iterating when needed.

Who are we looking for

  • You’re a creative, detail-oriented visual designer with a strong sense of branding and composition.
  • You’re confident in designing in tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • You have basic experience using AI tools to support design, ideation, or production workflows.
  • You’re comfortable working with different clients and adapting to their brands.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently; fluent English is required.
  • You’re proactive, reliable, and take ownership of your work.
  • You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
  • You care about quality, but you know when to move fast.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing paid social ads or campaign-led content.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or campaign performance.
  • Experience with motion, animation, or video tools.
  • Experience working across multiple brand guidelines.
